Welcome to Safety Cage (gosafetycage.com). By accessing our website and using our safety training and equipment services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. SERVICES PROVIDED

Safety Cage provides professional OSHA 10 & 30 Outreach Training, safety audits, accident investigations, and PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) sales and delivery. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any service at our discretion.

2. TRAINING & CERTIFICATION

  • Compliance: Our OSHA training is designed to meet federal standards, but certification is subject to the trainee completing all required hours and passing necessary assessments.

  • Accuracy: Trainees and employers are responsible for providing accurate legal names and details for the issuance of official OSHA cards.

  • Liability: While we provide expert safety guidance, Safety Cage is not liable for future jobsite accidents or OSHA citations received by the client or their employees.

3. PPE SALES & DELIVERY

  • Availability: Same-day delivery is subject to stock availability and geographic location within the Midwest region (Illinois/Indiana).

  • Usage: It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the PPE purchased is appropriate for their specific jobsite hazards.

  • Pricing: All prices for products and training services are subject to change without prior notice.

4. PAYMENTS & BILLING

  • Payment for PPE and training services must be made according to the agreed-upon terms (Credit Card, ACH, or Invoice).

  • Late payments may result in the withholding of training certifications or a delay in future equipment deliveries.

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and training materials, is the property of Safety Cage and is protected by copyright laws. Unauthorized use or reproduction is strictly prohibited.

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

In no event shall Safety Cage, its owner Dwayne Edmondson, or its employees be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use of our services or the performance of safety equipment sold through our site.

7. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Indiana and the State of Illinois. Any disputes shall be handled in the appropriate courts within these jurisdictions.
