SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

At Safety Cage, we understand that jobsite safety cannot wait. We are committed to providing fast and reliable delivery of high-quality PPE and safety training materials to our clients across the Midwest.

1. SERVICE AREA

We primarily serve the Midwest region, specifically focusing on:

  • Illinois (including the Greater Chicago area)

  • Indiana (including Crown Point and surrounding regions)

  • Other neighboring states (subject to additional shipping fees and timelines).

2. SAME-DAY PPE DELIVERY

  • Availability: Same-day delivery is available for in-stock PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) and safety gear.

  • Order Cut-off: To qualify for same-day delivery, orders must be placed and confirmed by 10:00 AM CST.

  • Location Requirements: Same-day service is restricted to verified jobsites and business addresses within our immediate service radius in Illinois and Indiana.

3. STANDARD SHIPPING (NON-LOCAL)

  • For orders outside our immediate same-day delivery zone, we offer standard ground shipping via UPS, FedEx, or USPS.

  • Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days.

  • Estimated Delivery: 3-5 business days depending on your location.

4. SHIPPING COSTS

  • Local Delivery: Local jobsite delivery fees may apply based on the order volume and distance from our warehouse in Crown Point, IN.

  • Standard Shipping: Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination.

  • Bulk Orders: For large-scale PPE orders, please contact us at Sales@gosafetycage.com for a custom shipping quote.

5. TRAINING MATERIALS & OSHA CARDS

  • OSHA 10 & 30 Cards: Official OSHA outreach cards are mailed via USPS First Class Mail once processed by the Department of Labor.

  • Tracking: We provide tracking numbers for physical training manuals or bulk equipment orders.

6. DELIVERY DELAYS

While we strive for speed, Safety Cage is not responsible for delays caused by extreme weather conditions, carrier issues, or incorrect jobsite addresses provided by the customer.
